Attending weekly classes provides an orderly, systematic progression of poses to develop each student’s ability both within a class and from one class to the next. Consistent attendance reinforces learning.
Fall Term classes: 13 classes can be used over the course of 13 weeks. Can be used for in-person or online classes. If applied to a hybrid class, you will also have access to the recording. All classes must be used by December 19.
